Parties and product

The seller is identified below. When purchasing becomes available, the buyer will be the person identified in checkout. The subject of the sale will be the selected digital eSIM plan, with the specification, quantity and price shown in the order summary and pre-contract information.

Order and payment

Paid orders will be accepted only after payment acceptance is enabled and the final total, applicable charges and required disclosures are presented. Browser redirects or preview screens are not proof of payment. An unconfirmed payment must not trigger eSIM delivery.

Service conditions

The buyer must use an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device and follow the plan’s installation and activation instructions. The selected coverage, data allowance, validity and fair-use limits govern the service. Network speeds and availability vary with local conditions.

Delivery, withdrawal and remedies

The delivery and refund policy forms part of the purchase information. Where applicable, digital performance or early service activation may affect withdrawal rights, subject to the required disclosures and consent. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory remedies for non-delivery, faulty service or other protected consumer rights.
